SuperVAG All Key Lost Situation

Procedure

If you are in the All Key Lost situation (with no working key), the data cannot be read directly. You must get the instrument cluster into the Service mode using special designed add-on cables SuperVAG SVG 149 for NEC dashboards or SVG 157 for MICRONAS dashboards (without this device you cannot continue). After you finish All key lost procedure, dashboard is unlocked and you can get into programming mode and start direct key programming.

* SuperVAG KEY
* SVG 149 for NEC dashboards
* SVG 157 for MICRONAS dashboards
* Empty transponder
* Source +12 V to power SVG cable
* Right key blade for lock

 

Applicable to: Dashbards VDO UDS or Micronas 2009—2012

NOTE: For dashboards Magneti Marelli, there is possible to add key just with direct key programming via OBD even without valid key.

Step 1 – Conditions and preparation

• Select model
• Car have no working key in ignition
• If you have at least one working key, you can skip this procedure and go for Direct key programming
• You have to dismount the instrument cluster from the car and remove the back cover
• Connect special cable SVG 149 for dashboards NEC or SVG 157 for dashboards Micronas. Connect this SuperVAG cable to the SuperVAG USB interface and power supply (12V)

Step 2 – Start key programming

Select car model and click on Key programming button

 

Click on Key learning (no PIN needed) button

 

Step 3 – Start all key lost procedure

You do not have working key in ignition. Program tells you that you can continue only with connected cable SVG 149 or SVG 157. Without this device you cannot continue.

Step 4 – Connect pogo pin

Now follow program instructions. Program tells you to turn switch on SVG cable to position 0. Display goes OFF.

 

 

 

There is the most important part. You must connect pogo pin on right position on dashboard. Pogo pin is part of SVG cable. You can find right position of pogo pin on our website. For better idea how it works, you can see example of pogo pin position on photo.

 

 

     

         

 

 

If you place pogo pin on right position, you now get the valid data file.   With this data file you can unlock dashboard at any time without working key.

 

DONE: Now you can go on direct key programming and continue with learning of new keys.
